Defining a Large Scale Project
We would typically define a large scale project as one involving 20-30+ people, over a duration of more than 6 months plus, usually undertaken by commercial and corporate businesses.
More often than not, larger projects also have a project manager, who we work alongside in a supporting and strategic role.
